This webinar is a practical audit-readiness playbook for growth-stage tech finance leaders who are tired of the “audit chaos moment” (the engagement letter gets signed… and suddenly the 100+ item PBC list lands in your lap). We’ll walk through what auditors actually expect and what triggers extra procedures, delays, and fee spikes in the pressure zones startups most often get flagged on: revenue, leases, debt & equity, and capitalized software. We’ll also touch on commonly overlooked areas like acquisitions and goodwill, with real-world examples of the red flags that lead to surprise adjustments.

You’ll leave with a clear framework to turn an audit readiness checklist into a focused work plan that protects your timeline, your team’s bandwidth, and investor confidence, plus concrete next steps to get ahead of this year’s audit scramble.
