Our Story
Zeroed-In Consulting started with two accountants with different styles. Kyle Geers and John Ikosipentarhos met on Day 1 of their public accounting careers, and quickly connected with their similar mindsets (and a love of video games). Each took a different path in their accounting journey; Kyle continued his professional services career with financial statement audits and consulting on complex accounting matters, while John transitioned into key roles of accounting teams for multiple companies.
As a result, Zeroed-In's clients get the best of both worlds. Kyle's technical accounting expertise helps to ensure that a company's transactions are properly evaluated and presented, while John's broad experience in operational accounting brings best practices for an effective and efficient accounting/finance function. This tag team approach continues to benefit both our clients on multiple fronts, and brings diverse perspectives to help the company grow in new and exciting ways.

Kyle Geers
CEO / Co-Founder
Kyle has 12+ years of public accounting experience, including 8 years at Top 10 firm Grant Thornton, covering financial statement audits of public and private businesses ranging from emerging start-ups to multinational corporations. He holds extensive advisory experience in technical accounting and financial reporting, is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and a member of the 2019–2020 ACG Los Angeles Rising Stars Program. Kyle is a licensed CPA in California and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from UCLA.
John Ikosipentarhos
President / Co-Founder
John has 12+ years of experience in both public and private accounting, specializing in month-end close, financial statement preparation, day-to-day operations, and technical accounting. His expertise is in corporate accounting and finance, helping companies transform manual processes and automate workflows to bring the work in-house and lower the cost of delivery. John is a licensed CPA in California and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis) from California State University, Fullerton.
Danielle Lewis
Principal
Danielle has 12+ years in public and private accounting with expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, regulatory reporting, XBRL, and process improvement. She spent 8 years focused on ASC 980 (regulatory operations). Danielle is a licensed CPA in Nevada and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an accounting major and economics minor from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Travis Laganosky
Managing Director
Travis brings nearly 15 years of experience across technology, media, education, real estate, and healthcare industries. His expertise spans full-cycle accounting, technical research, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and M&A transactions. He is a licensed CPA in Florida with a background including senior roles at a global tech startup, a publicly traded entertainment/media company, an advertising tech startup, and a private equity healthcare organization.
Michelle Morrison
Manager
Michelle has 20+ years in business, accounting, and audit. She is a licensed CPA in Nevada and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her expertise includes process optimization, automation, GAAP, SEC regulation, SOX, and internal controls. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, weightlifting, and CrossFit.
Kathryn Click
Manager
Kathryn brings 5+ years of experience in public and private sectors with prior roles as a Fund Associate at FS Investments and Senior Business Consultant at EY. Her expertise includes SEC reporting, compliance, audit engagements, risk assessment, and financial analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
Aislim Athie
Manager
Aislim is a licensed CPA in Texas with expertise in financial reporting, audit, GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, internal controls, and process improvement. She has experience across automotive finance and residential construction industries. Aislim is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she is health and wellness focused and enjoys the outdoors, travel, and trying new foods.
Morgan Bell
Senior Associate
Morgan is a licensed CPA in California and holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from California State University, San Bernardino and a Certificate in Accounting from UC Riverside. She has prior experience at Amazon as an Area Manager, San Manuel Casino, and Varp Inc. Morgan has expertise in bookkeeping, internal audit, and team management.
